All owner's in Garrison Ridge are apart of The Garrison Ridge Homeowners Association.

Board of Directors
Currently, we have three board members. Voting is done once a year at our annual meeting. For the definition of the board members, please consult the Bylaws.

President - Michael Boone

Michael lives with his 2 dogs at 134 Vantage Point. He is a professional magician and native of Atlanta who has lived in Garrison Ridge since December 2005.

Treasurer - Scott Sharp

Scott lives with his wife Mindy and two children at 184 Parkside Drive. He is a Technical Project Manager for Orange Business Services and works from his home. Mindy is a stay at home mom. They have lived in the neighborhood for 6 years and have been past board members and involved in many committees. Scott and Mindy have also donated the website for our use.

Community Management
The Garrison Ridge HOA currently uses Community Management Association (CMA) to assist in managing the organization. Primarily CMA provides us with accounting, legal and administrative services. They also help us to keep in accordance with the covenants by doing periodic "drive throughs" and mailing letters. However, we would like to encourage homeowners to take any issues they have to the Board of Directors first because we are in regular contact with CMA. If the Board fails to handle the situation then CMA can and should become involved.

Fees
The Annual Association Fee is $240. Our budget is based on everyone paying his or her dues on time. If you are not sure of your account status, please contact any one of the board members or our Community Management Association contact.
