This year we will also be adding volunteer positions called “Block Captains.” These captains will oversee a designated group of homes. Their duties will include organizing block parties, distributing information and being a point of contact to the board. We hope this will give the subdivision chances to get together and meet their neighbors. This can also be a friendly “competitive” motivation for each block to be the best, overall improving the moral & value of your home. Several of you have volunteered for this role and we will be in contact with you soon.
